Rebuild is a 16-week high-touch nutrition and strength training program designed to help women understand what their bodies actually need — using functional nutrition, a science-backed approach to energy and hormone health, and intentional strength-training programming that’s personalized to your experience.

This is not a quick fix or a weight-loss challenge. It’s a structured process that focuses on restoring energy, improving metabolic health, and building a sustainable foundation for long-term well-being.

What Is Rebuild?

Rebuild is our highest level of support, designed for women who need more than surface-level advice.

The program integrates:

  • Functional nutrition principles.

  • Medical nutrition therapy.

  • Comprehensive lab interpretation.

  • Personalized supplementation when appropriate.

  • Personalized strength training, tailored to your experience.

Rather than relying on restriction or intensity, Rebuild focuses on nourishment, education, and strategic support so your body can move out of survival mode and into adaptation.

Who Rebuild Is For

Rebuild may be a good fit if you:

  • Feel chronically tired, burned out, or notice inconsistent energy throughout the day.

  • Experience hormone-related symptoms, frequent cravings, or energy crashes that make it hard to feel steady between meals.

  • Have tried dieting or intense training without seeing lasting results.

  • Are interested in improving body composition — building strength, increasing muscle, and supporting fat loss — without letting the number on the scale dictate your self-worth.

  • Feel open to eating more or training differently, even if you’re unsure where to begin and want guidance you can trust.

  • Understand that meaningful change takes time and are open to a gradual steady process rather than overnight results.

  • Are ready to engage consistently in a guided 16-week coaching experience.

Who Rebuild Is Not For

Rebuild may not be a good fit if you:

  • Are primarily focused on weight loss or the number on the scale rather than overall health and strength.

  • Feel strongly opposed to increasing food intake, even if your body may need more support.

  • Prefer rigid meal plans, aggressive restriction, or extreme approaches.

  • Are looking for a quick fix rather than a steady guided process.

  • Feel hesitant about strength training due to concerns about “getting bulky.”

  • Are not in a place to engage consistently in a 16-week coaching experience.

  • A comprehensive 90 minute initial session to review your health history, symptoms, nutrition patterns, and goals. This session sets the direction for your personalized plan.

  • Training designed specifically for your body, goals, and current capacity with a focus on building muscle and strength through progressive overload.

  • Personalized nutrition guidance focused on supporting metabolism, blood sugar balance, hormone health, and digestion.

    You’ll be supported through 8 individualized 45-minute sessions, meeting bi-weekly.

  • Bloodwork is reviewed for every client as part of the Rebuild process to help guide individualized nutrition, training, and lifestyle support.

    When appropriate, additional functional lab testing may be recommended if it would provide helpful insight. Functional labs are optional and only suggested when they feel supportive — never routine or required.

    Please note that lab testing is not included in the program investment and is an additional fee. Any recommendations for labs are discussed in advance so you can make an informed decision that feels right for you.

    All lab information is interpreted thoughtfully and used as a tool to inform your coaching experience — not as a diagnosis.

  • When appropriate, I collaborate with your existing healthcare providers to help ensure a well-supported, aligned approach to your care.

  • After each session, you’ll receive clear next steps and education focused on supporting your individual needs. Recommendations may include guidance around food, movement, sleep, hydration, and nervous system support — always practical and realistic for your lifestyle.

  • You’ll have access to secure messaging through our HIPAA-compliant client portal, allowing you to reach out as questions come up between sessions.

    You’re welcome to message as often as needed during business hours for support, clarification, or guidance. Messages are responded to thoughtfully within business hours so you feel supported while still encouraging independence and confidence in the process.
