Nourish is a 16-week high-touch functional nutrition program designed to help women better understand their bodies and their needs — using a science-informed approach to metabolism, hormone health, digestion, and energy.
This program offers the same supportive, personalized nutrition approach used in Rebuild, without individualized workout programming. It’s ideal for women who want focused nutrition support or who are already strength training on their own.
This is not a quick fix or a restrictive meal plan. It’s a structured, supportive process centered on nourishment, education, and sustainable change
What Is Nourish?
Nourish is a functional nutrition program designed to help your body feel supported — not pressured — through intentional nourishment and education.
Rather than relying on rigid plans or restriction, Nourish focuses on understanding how food, lifestyle, and physiology work together to support energy, hormone health, and digestion.
This program meets your body where it is and builds from there, creating a foundation for change that feels sustainable and realistic over time.
Who Nourish Is For
Nourish may be a good fit if you:
Feel chronically tired, burned out, or experience inconsistent energy throughout the day.
Notice hormone-related symptoms, frequent cravings, or energy crashes that make it hard to feel steady between meals.
Have tried dieting or strict nutrition approaches without lasting results.
Feel open to eating more or nourishing your body differently, even if you’re unsure where to begin.
Want to support body composition changes without letting the scale dictate your worth.
Prefer to focus on nutrition, lifestyle, and metabolic health without personalized workout programming.

Who Nourish Is Not For
Nourish may not be a good fit if you:
Are primarily focused on rapid weight loss or the number on the scale.
Prefer rigid meal plans, aggressive restriction, or extreme approaches.
Are looking for a quick fix rather than long-term support.
Feel strongly opposed to increasing food intake if needed.
Are not ready or able to engage consistently over a 16-week period.

A comprehensive 90 minute initial session to review your health history, symptoms, nutrition patterns, and goals. This session sets the direction for your personalized plan.

Personalized nutrition guidance focused on supporting metabolism, blood sugar balance, hormone health, and digestion.
You’ll be supported through 8 individualized 45-minute sessions, meeting bi-weekly.

Bloodwork is reviewed for every client as part of the Nourish program to help guide individualized nutrition and lifestyle support.
When appropriate, additional functional lab testing may be recommended if it would provide helpful insight. Functional labs are optional and never required.
Please note that lab testing is not included in the program investment and is an additional fee. All lab recommendations are discussed in advance.

When appropriate, I collaborate with your existing healthcare providers to help ensure a cohesive, well-supported approach to your care.

After each session, you’ll receive clear next steps and education focused on supporting metabolism and energy regulation, hormone health, and digestive health. Recommendations may include guidance around food, hydration, sleep, stress, and nervous system support.

You’ll have access to secure messaging through our HIPAA-compliant client portal, allowing you to reach out as questions arise between sessions.
You’re welcome to message as often as needed during business hours for support, clarification, or guidance.
